What to do after a crash in Tucson
1. Get checked the same day
Some injuries show days later. A record from day one protects your claim.
2. Get the police report
Tucson Police or the Pima County Sheriff will have it. We can request it.
3. Don’t give the other insurer a recorded statement
Refer their adjuster to us.
Who pays in Arizona
Arizona is an at-fault state: the driver who caused the crash, and their insurer, pays. When they carry too little, your own uninsured or underinsured cover can pay the rest.
Questions we hear every week
What if I was partly to blame?
Arizona uses pure comparative fault: you can still recover, reduced by your share.
What does it cost?
Nothing up front. We’re paid a share of what we recover, and nothing if we don’t.
What clients say
“I was rear-ended by an uninsured driver. Leighton Jr was amazing. He answered every question I had and always kept me informed of what was happening with the case. My settlement was much more than I expected, too.”
Susan Wach, client review on rockafellowlaw.com“Without revealing details of the case I will say, the communication was great, the settlement was great, they are pleasant to work with. I would highly recommend Rockafellow law firm, and already have.”
